Strictly not allowed: DDoS, hacking, cracking, mass mailing, port scanning or any abusive activity. Violations will lead to immediate termination without refund or backups.
There are no refunds for: breaking rules, ordering by mistake, or if your IP is blocked on external websites or blacklists.
If a payment dispute is opened, we may temporarily restrict the affected service while we investigate and provide evidence to the payment provider. Contact support first so we can resolve billing issues promptly.
