Welcome to OrvexaCloud LLC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or purchasing any service from OrvexaCloud LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Service Delivery Policy.

2. Services

OrvexaCloud LLC provides web hosting and cloud hosting services including, but not limited to, shared hosting and virtual private servers (VPS). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase.
• We use Stripe as our payment processor. Your payment information is handled securely and never stored on our servers.
• Provisioning begins after successful payment confirmation and is subject to our Service Delivery Policy.
• Recurring services renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled.
• You may cancel through available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

5. Service Level Agreement

We monitor service availability and plan maintenance to reduce disruption. Any product-specific uptime commitment or service credit applies only when it is expressly published for that product.

6. Acceptable Use

All services are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.

7. Data and Backups

While we perform regular backups of shared hosting accounts, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. OrvexaCloud LLC is not liable for any data loss.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel your services at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

9. Limitation of Liability

OrvexaCloud LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
